DEAD OR ALIVE's "LOVE TOY", a song about a Sex Toy, was originally recorded in 1988 for the bands NUDE album. Epic Records refused permission for LOVE TOY to be included on the album due to the songs "supposed sexual subject matter" (possibly to avoid requirement to add a "PARENTAL ADVISORY" notice onto the album cover

The song was bumped from the final NUDE album track list.
The standard FULL VOCAL version was finally released in 2016 as part of DEAD OR ALIVEs impressive (but sadly infamous) x19 CD "SOPHISTICATED BOOM BOX"
No Official Single of LOVE TOY has ever been released.
In 2018, Morris of "Lynn Lovers" made an impressive unofficial mix!
