 The Boys Town Gang
were a San Francisco based disco and Hi-NRG band. Their popularity peaked in the 1980s, when the group reached number 5 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play chart with the single "Cruisin' the Streets", and number 4 in the UK Singles chart and number 1 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain with their cover version of "Can't Take My Eyes Off You"

Included in the album of the same name. The song was originally recorded by Sedaka but it didn’t became a hit until 1975 when Captain & Tennille recorded it and reached #1 in the US becoming the best-selling single of the year. It won the Grammy for Record Of The Year in 1976 and was nominated for Song Of The Year as well.

A very rare and totally fabulous unreleased remix by DJ Legend Wayne G, produced during his peak DJ residency period at Heaven (London). A beautiful mix. I had just moved to the BIG city and had been experiencing fun (e)xstatic weekends clubbing. After one too many (e)xhausting nights out on the town, whilst on the dance floor at Heaven (London), I heard the dramatic, spooky, beautiful, almost religious "wooooooooooooooooooooo" intro of this song....

Then, cutting like a sharp knife came her vocal.....
"I'm not in love...so don't forget it..........it's just a silly phase I'm going through...." "I like to see you. but then again....it doesn't mean you mean that much to me"
 
this RARE UNRELEASED remix gets a 10/10!

"Underpass" is a song by UK artist John Foxx, and was released as a single in January 1980. It was the artist's first solo single release after leaving the band Ultravox and the first single release from the Metamaticalbum, which was released shortly after. The track remains Foxx's best known song as is generally considered to be one of the most iconic songs of the electronic new wave trend.
The song typically features music made using synthesisers and electronic percussion only, and the vocal in the verses is delivered in a cold robotic style by Foxx, with an anthemic single word chorus. The lyrics featureBallardian themes such as memory, architecture, dystopia and cars. There are no great differences in length or content between the album and single version, although an extended version did emerge years later and was used as the opening track on the Metatronic compilation album in 2010.
The single reached no. 31 in the UK charts and was performed by Foxx with three keyboard players on UK music show Top of the Pops. A promotional video for the song was also made.
"Underpass" is featured on all John Foxx's compilation albums Assembly (1982), Modern Art - The Best of John Foxx (2001), Glimmer - Best of John Foxx (2008) and Metatronic (2010). The latter features the extended version and a new remix by Mark Reeder.
