ReplyDeleteThis was absolute my favorite volume!
ReplyDeleteThank You so much for all your effort and constant interest to share with us those good oll days
ReplyDeleteThe first three volumes of High-Energey Double-Dance will always hold a very special place in my heart. I was 13 years old when I first heard this blasting from the car stereo of one of my elder brother's college friends. It was my first exposure to the non-stop mixing of proper dance club music and I was instantly hooked - blown away by the futuristic electronica, driving beats and sweet melodies. Oh, the hours of pure joy I spent listening to these records! And my mom complaining that all she could hear coming from my room was "doof, doof, doof..." ha ha. I stupidly got rid of all my vinyl, so I am especially grateful for this HQ split strack copy you've posted - thank you so very much! Firm favourites here: Earthquake, Just Another Broken Heart and all things Hazell Dean. Adrian, S.A.
ReplyDeleteexcellent....do you have other parts in good quality.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Croatia!
I was in my early 20's doing lots of travelling through the Eastern Cape, South Africa and had this album on cassette tape. Spent many times retrieving it from the deck after being ‘chewed’ up, but still carried on playing it….until one time too many and I ripped it out, flung it out the car window..... and I’m sure it’s still on top of the mountain road at Stutterheim!! What GOOD days.
