Dana released "Diva" as a single in Europe and it became a hit, reaching number 11 in the UK charts and the top ten in Sweden, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, South Africa and the Netherlands, selling more than 500,000+ copies worldwide.

OLIVE - I'm Not In Love (wayne g + paul goodyear mix) Bootleg Unreleased Promo (2000) Heaven London Classic RARE!

A very rare and totally fabulous unreleased remix by DJ Legend Wayne G, produced during his peak DJ residency period at Heaven (London). A beautiful mix. I had just moved to the BIG city, and had been experiencing fun exstatic weekends clubbing. After one too many exhausting nights out on the town, whilst on the dancefloor at Heaven (London), i heard the dramatic, spooky, beautiful, almost religious "wooooooooooooooooooooo" intro of this song....
-
Then, cutting like a sharp knife came the vocal.....
"I'm not in love...so don't forget it..........it's just a silly phase i'm going through...." "I like to see you. but then again....it doesn't mean you mean that much to me"
I'm a strong minded guy (i'm not dramatic ;) but i couldn't stop a flood of warm tears secretly running down my face when first hearing this beautiful track.
Welcome to life in the BIG city!
this mix gets a 10/10!

Three Thirty (330) [point blank clubbing] version One [non-stop club mix] 1998 hard house Durban, South Africa [Martin McHale Mix] 90's

330 aka "Three Thirty" was an infamous South African nightclub, based in Point Road (in the heart of the red light dock district) in Durban, South Africa. The club opened in 1988 and quickly became popular with the 'alternative', gay, artistic community and creative / open minded clubbing crowd.
330 was the premier club in Africa to host International Superstar DJ's like (Carl Cox, Tony de Vit, Dino, Faadil, G-Force, Ian M, Madam Fiction, Malcolm Duffy, Mrs Wood, Nicky-Life, Pete Bones, Pete Wardman, Queen Maxine, Sharp Boys, Sonique, Stuart H, Tasty Tim, Tony Smith, Vicki Edwards etc)
An important open minded oasis of a venue in a closed minded society, especially as it was the beginning of the end of South Africa's apartheid period/government. At times, the club was completely WILD! International DJ Superstars like CARL COX commented "This is the wildest & best f@cking club in the world!"
330 was a famous for recreational clubbing and drugging! It was all new and fun in the late 80's - 90's! The fun set in the 00's when the venue simply became known as a place for hardcore drug use & abuse - and closed around 2008. 330 started with a BANG with the B-52's classic "PLANET CLAIRE" in the 80's - and most likely ended with a faceless 'hardhouse' tune 21 years later..."
Nevertheless - 330 was a special place for many years in the 80's to late 90's - and many new friends were made there :)
